Registration Guidelines
Welcome guests! "Thank you for coming to ProductCamp!"
“Did you register?”
If Yes > Check them in on Eventbrite with your phone.
If No > We should be able to accept walk-ins for the event. If they are a walk-in, use “Walkin” code and Register on the Eventbrite link through pghpcamp.com’s home page. (We still need their name and data for accurate registration data.)
“Are you planning on submitting a session topic?”
If Yes >Make sure to do that first, because submissions close when the first keynote speaker starts in the auditorium.
“Use these 3-4 stickers to vote for session topics”
Show them where the 3-4 dot stickers will be so they know that’s a “to-do” right away. The voting dots are placed in behind their nametag.
Explain if they look confused. ProductCamp is an unconference and attendees vote on all the sessions they want to hear.
Tell them where the voting is.
Tell them to stay all day for raffle prizes- ticket in the bag (must be present to win!) They are announced at the end of PCamp.
The Google After party is limited to the first 200 registrants who check-in. Wristband is required and should be given to the first 200 attendees who come through the door for registration.
